Prohauling Relay — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Prohauling Relay Chrome extension ("the Extension") or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Prohauling Relay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal commercial trucking activities on Amazon Relay.

One license key is valid for one device at a time.
Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is prohibited.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the Extension's code is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Extension requires a paid subscription after the 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions are billed monthly ($49.99/mo) or yearly ($399.99/yr) via Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting support.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, a valid license key obtained through a paid subscription is required to continue using the Extension.

5. Auto-Booking Feature

The Extension includes an optional auto-booking feature that automatically interacts with Amazon Relay on your behalf.

Auto-booking is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by you.
You are solely responsible for all loads booked through auto-booking.
Prohauling Relay accepts no liability for missed loads, incorrectly booked loads, financial losses, or penalties arising from use of auto-booking.
Use of auto-booking must comply with Amazon Relay's Terms of Service. Prohauling Relay makes no warranty of compliance with any third-party platform's policies.

6. Telegram and Voice Call Features

The Extension can send load notifications to your Telegram account and place automated voice calls to driver phone numbers you configure.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from any driver whose phone number you enter.
Prohauling Relay is not responsible for missed notifications, failed calls, or carrier charges.
These features require valid third-party service accounts (Telegram, Telnyx) and may be subject to those services' terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, algorithms, workflows, and content in the Extension and backend services are the exclusive property of Prohauling Relay and are protected by copyright law. The unique workflow combining real-time load monitoring, Telegram notifications with full load details, and automated voice call alerts is proprietary technology of Prohauling Relay.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. No Affiliation with Amazon

Prohauling Relay is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Amazon Relay. "Amazon Relay" is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prohauling Relay does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Amazon Relay. Amazon may change their platform at any time, which may affect Extension functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prohauling Relay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or chargebacks. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Extension.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
